Ryan Adams Announces New Album ‘Prisoner’ and New Single

Adams 15th solo album, Prisoner, will be released on February 17th.

Ryan Adams is one of he most prolific recording artists of the past two decades. After taking a couple years off from new original music, Adams returns with the upcoming album, Prisoner. This new album follows his self titled 2014 album. Although this is the first new original music from Adams since 2014, he has since released a song for song remake of Taylor Swift’s 1989, and an anniversary deluxe edition of his solo debut Heartbreaker.

“Do You Still Love Me?” will definitely appeal to fans who liked Ryan Adams, as the sound is very similar. Driving electric guitars over a classic Hammond B3 organ has become something of a signature sound for Adams. The album, written primarily during Adams divorce with actress Mandy Moore. “Do You Still Love Me?” certainly fits the part. Prisoner is scheduled for released on February 17th.
