Kanye West has had a very interesting last few months. As much controversy as he’s conjured up, he went right back into the studio after his hospitalization. Last we heard, Kanye had Pete Rock with him cooking up some music. Kanye has at least a few projects that should be dropping this year. His next solo release, Turbo Grafx 16, his collab project with Drake and Cruel Winter. But nothing has been confirmed.
However, according to E! News, a source claims the rapper/producer has some surprises set for release in 2017.
“Kanye has a few surprise projects coming up that involves music and concerts in the spring and summer,” the source claims. “Plus he is working on his fashion line and some collaborations.”
It’s not much to go on, but it is something. The collaborations will definitely include Calabasas Is The New Abu Dhabi with Drake. The other should definitely be the G.O.O.D. Music collab project Cruel Winter. More than likely we’ll be getting the answers we want just a few months from now. Meanwhile, Kanye is also focusing on his family.
“His kids are his number one priority for him and he wants to be a good dad and make his mother proud,” the source continued. “He thinks about her every day.”
