The Regrettes Want You To ‘Feel Your Feelings Fool!’

The Regrettes 'Feel Your Feelings Fool!'

Los Angeles pop punk group The Regrettes have released their debut album, Feel Your Feelings Fool!. It’s always exciting to stumble upon a new punk band and their material. The lead singer Lydia Night described the meaning behind the title of the album as such:

“It’s about wanting to feel things and hiding that feeling, and feeling weird about feeling things. I think that’s where so many people’s insecurities stem from. It’s our message and the message of this album.”

The influences from Bikini Kill, the Ronettes as well as the riot grrrl movement of the ’90s can be felt on this album. It’s fun and has plenty of catchy songs to get hooked on.
